With 40+ years of law practice in general civil litigation, working with adjudicative tribunals, and being credentialed in both mediation and arbitration, I bring substantial depth of experience and insight to effective dispute resolution. My experience has been that the most satisfying outcomes are achieved when disputing parties reach agreement through mediation -- which is my primary interest to foster. But, when agreement cannot be reached, adjudication through arbitration is typically quicker and cheaper than the formality and costs inherent in the court system. As a Mediator and Chartered Arbitrator, I can apply both skill sets to help disputing parties achieve resolution.
