As a mediator, coach and facilitator, I believe that everyone has the skills and abilities to manage challenging relationship dynamics and difficulties resulting from conflict - you just might need some help along the way.
I started my career mediating issues between parents and their teenagers before relocating to the Yukon in 2005. Since then, I spent the bulk of my career as a counsellor in Youth Justice (2009-2013) and a Conflict Management Practitioner with the Yukon Government's Respectful Workplace Office (2013-2023).
I have recently left YG to focus on my family and develop my private practice by supporting Public Sector/First Nation's Governments, non-profits and private sector organizations to manage conflict.
