  • Parley Dialogue & Mediation

I have a background in mediation, restorative justice, coaching and facilitation. I aim to support people and workplaces to manage conflict effectively. This includes offering training, coaching, facilitation and mediation services.

Conflict Coaching is often one of the more effective ways of working through a conflict. I support people in bringing new awareness to their conflict and then applying this awareness to new actions that support the outcomes they want.

Maintaining effective relationships is so important in our smaller communities where we are so often interconnected in many ways and wearing multiple hats.

I have generally focused my practice to support the public service, non-profits, and emerging leaders.

  • I have worked in conflict management for over 15years and have been trained in a number of mediation approaches and restorative practices.

    Certificate in Organizational Coaching (UBC)

Post-graduate certificate in Peace and Conflict Studies (EPU, Austria)

Certificates in High Conflict Coaching and Mediation (HCI)

Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH)

I also regularly teach conflict management courses with post-secondary institutions (such as Yukon University) and provide coaching in mediation programs (such as with the Osgoode Hall Masters of Law in Alternative Dispute Resolution).
